Coverage:
•Pays instantly on first diagnosis on any of 15 life threatening illnesses. 

   Includes term life insurance
•choice of $2500. to $200,000. in benefits. 50%, 100% or 200% 

   of critical illness insurance benefit.
•10 or 20 year policy term.

Optional Coverage:
•Disabled for 6 consecutive months or longer, this option waives the 

   monthly premium for the policyholder
•Critical Illness Insurance Coverage and any optional benefits until 

   you are no longer totally disabled.

 Accidental Death Coverage:
•If you or your spouse dies as a result of an accident, this option doubles 

   the term life benefit amount.

 The full critical illness insurance benefit is paid in the event of:

   •Deafness
